Both TPI Self Storage and TPI Office Park & Storage are on Allum Road. We’re very close to the Central Business District, so don’t hesitate to reserve one of our storage units if you live near West University Place, Southside Place, and Bellaire.
What are the office hours?
The office is open from Monday to Saturday. Please call us or stop by if you have any questions – the on-site manager is available to work with you on anything you need.
What are the access hours?
We offer controlled gate access from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. Our fully fenced properties are equipped with security cameras to prevent unwelcome entry into the storage areas.
Do you offer covered parking?
We sure do. For your convenience, all our covered parking spaces are rented on a month-to-month basis. This way, you can store your vehicles anytime throughout the year.
Is there enough space to back in my vehicle?
Great question! Whether you own a large boat, a camper, a trailer, or an entire fleet of delivery vans, you will have enough room to maneuver your vehicle into our storage units comfortably.
Why should I rent a parking spot?
